What to expect at GroupLink
When you arrive at GroupLink, you will be directed to the check-in area, where you will sign in and receive your name tag. The evening is divided into five segments:
1. Preview
During the first part of the evening, you'll receive a warm welcome from Pastor Will & Teresa and the event host and a quick overview of what to expect.
2. 30-Minute Mingle
The 30-Minute Mingle is an opportunity to meet others in your stage of life. You'll have to put in a little effort to meet a few new folks, but it will be well worth it! You'll spend time in conversation and getting to know people. Potential groups begin to take shape and friendships begin to form.
3. Group Formation
During the Group Formation, you will get better acquainted with the new people you've met and begin to form a group.
4. Vision Cast
During the Vision Cast segment, you will learn a little about what to expect from a life group experience. You'll watch a video that takes a humorous look at what a life group is and what it isn't.
5. Group Launch
To wrap up the evening, each group will sit back, relax, and get to know each other a little bit better. You'll have some fun with some "icebreaker questions" and plan your first social event.
