What is a podcast?

Podcasting is a method of publishing files to the Internet, allowing you to subscribe to a feed and receive new files (usually audio) automatically by subscription. By subscribing to our ONE* SPOKANE Listen podcast using iTunes you will be able to receive new messages each week, all without having to open a browser. And you don't even need an iPod.

How does it work?

It's pretty simple. Here's a few steps to help get you started:

1. Install iTunes if you don't already have it. You can download it directly from Apple's website.
2. Click here to open the podcast in iTunes.
3. Click the "Subscribe" button in iTunes.

That's it. iTunes will now download the latest message and any new audio messages as they are released. If you want to download previous messages, you can click the "Get Episode" button. Now, just hook up your iPod and you can even listen to us on the go!
