Meet Our Lead Pastors
Jamie and Krista Hollister have spent most of their lives in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and they love their local community. They are high school sweethearts and have raised their 3 kids in Spokane Valley. Cheering on their teen / young adult kids from this new sideline view is truly their greatest honor and joy. Jamie and Krista each received Christ in their teenage years, choosing Him as their Savior, but they really made Him the Lord of their lives as young adults in college, each at the age of 19. Since then, there’s been no looking back. A year after they were married, they felt the Lord’s leading to attend Bible College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. That’s when their faith journey started. Site unseen, and before the internet days, they packed up and drove their moving truck and vehicle to Oklahoma. This was a time of exponential growth for them, individually and as a young married couple. They not only learned so much spiritually, but practically, as well. They learned ministry is spelled, W-O-R-K! Jamie’s intention for going to Bible School was to solely learn more about God and really learn how to read and understand the Bible. He graduated from the Pastoral Ministry program and Krista graduated from the Children’s Ministries program. Shortly after, they moved to the Inland Northwest and found ONE* Spokane. They felt called to this church and feel like God has not changed His mind. They’ve been attending here for over 20 years, serving in various capacities; as volunteers, as full time pastoral staff for about 8 years (focusing on Family Ministries), and serving in different leadership roles for the organization. Their passions are the Word of God and discipleship.
